Henley Plumbing Llc

Henley Plumbing Llc operates as a family run plumbing outfit based in Navasota Texas. They cover homes and businesses across Navasota Houston and College Station with more than forty years behind them. Four generations of master plumbers run the show and they send a licensed plumber straight to the door instead of a sales visit. The business grew from word of mouth rather than big ads and they focus on straightforward residential work like pipe repairs and fixture fixes. Homeowners in the area deal with hard water and old lines so the crew stays ready for those steady calls that keep things flowing without turning every job into a project.

They handle repipes with minimal wall damage on older houses leak location through camera work and hydrostatic tests on drain lines plus tank and tankless water heater swaps. General repairs cover leaky faucets clogged drains and small installs while remodel jobs include full bathroom updates. Alex and the crew pulled replacement barrels for a broken mixer tap and sorted the parts on the spot with solid prices. Marta worked the showroom side to plan three bathrooms in one home suggesting layout changes that fit tight spaces and kept the flow practical. They also stepped in on bath plug seal issues when rubber washers wore out though options stayed limited to full replacements in some cases.

Customers keep coming back for the direct approach and fair costs on everyday plumbing calls while the design help from Marta stands out on bigger remodels. Speed shows in quick part swaps and clear explanations but some front desk moments created friction when simple washers were needed. Quality holds on the actual fixes and communication works best once the right person takes the call. The mixed notes on small parts versus full jobs shape the overall mark. “Took my broken mixer tap barrel in and got a cpl replacements, Alex & the guys are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices & no fuss.”

“Unfortunately must have caught young man on front desk at a bad time. The rubber seal washer on my bath plug had perished and I needed some help with this as water was draining away when I ran the bath. Was told they don’t sell the seals and that my only option from them was to purchase a new bathtub ! Not helpful !”

“Marta was great and liasing with her worked well. We got great ideas from the showroom in Henley.”

“I used HPS to design and execute 3 bathrooms in my home. Marta in the showroom was an INCREDIBLE help designing all 3 and making recommendations to fit the spaces I had. Her professionalism was second to none and I am very happy with the result. She suggested ways to optimize the space, helped me understand and select products, was on hand if there was any issues (there was not) and helped connect me with installers. I would recommend 10/10. Thank you Marta.”
