About
Ata Quality Plumbing Llc works out of Spring Branch, Texas handling residential plumbing repairs and installations across the area. The crew centers on practical fixes for homes that often deal with aging pipes and sudden leaks. Louie handles most of the service calls that customers describe, bringing years of direct experience to each visit. Homeowners note that he arrives prepared, sticks to the plan, and avoids turning small jobs into bigger projects. His approach fits the steady demand in Spring Branch where older houses need reliable pipe work without extra disruption.
Louie takes on tasks like stopping basement pipe drips that left floors wet, installing new fixtures from a homeowner's list, and sealing leaks in 100-year-old homes. One call came in for water showing under floorboards, and he fixed the pipe without ripping up hardwood. He sets appointments after a quick phone discussion, completes every item on the list during the visit, and keeps the workspace clean once the job finishes. Customers mention he shows up on time, explains what needs doing, and leaves the system working without callbacks.
Work quality stays consistent because Louie checks each connection and tests the lines before he leaves. Response speed means same-day or next-day slots when leaks appear, and pricing stays straightforward with no surprise charges or pressure to add extras. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough, and veterans receive a discount on the total. Homeowners say the same technician returns for follow-up work because the results hold up. DIRT Score 5.0 from 80 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“American Quality Plumbing has been solid every time we’ve worked with them. Louie knows his craft inside and out. He’s reliable, shows up on time, does exactly what he says he’s going to do, and leaves everything clean and done right. We’ve had him step in on a few jobs while we were handling flooring, and he delivered every time. Fair pricing too, which matters. Amanda, who runs the office, is just as impressive — great communication, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable herself. When we need a plumber for our jobs or even personal use, they’re our go-to. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent experience all around! They're both incredibly friendly, honest, and good people. Their prices are more than fair and they don't try to up-sell or sneak in extra fees like so many other companies do these days. Plus they offer a veteran's discount which is amazing. Louie is easy to talk to and willing to brainstorm to come up with cost-friendly solutions to some of the trickier issues in my house. I will absolutely use them from now on for all things plumbing related. So glad I found them!”
“My tenant in a far away house reported that the basement floor was wet and water was dripping from a pipe. I called my local plumber that I've used for some years and after looking at the pipe leak he informed me that I simply needed to tear up my 100 year old hardwood floor so that they could fix the lead from up above. I told him I didn't know anyone who could do that work and asked for a referral. He had no one to refer me to. I asked if he had crawled under the house to look at doing the repairs from inside the crawl space. He said that there was no possible way to access the crawl space and that I needed to have the floor torn out. He also said it was a sewer leak and due to OSHA regulations he could not work under the house. HMMM. (Then why did you decide to be a plumber?-- inside voice!) Next plumbing outfit was a big local company and I asked them to have a look at it. They sent not one but 2 senior plumber dudes to my place and charged me $600 to put a camera in the line. They said it was a cracked drain line for the kitchen only and that they would propose to fix it by me spending an astronomical amount of money to install a new kitchen drain line, exposed on the back of the house, PVC piping, and then dig a trench and tear up a section of the walkway to the front door in an effort to get the new kitchen drain line buried on one side of the house where it would eventually connect to my sewer line only 67 feet away. Did they access the crawl space under my house? No. They told me they are big guys, over 200 pounds and they won't fit. Not to body shame anyone, but 200+ pound plumbers should definitely think about hiring someone who is not 200 pounds for the times when the plumbing is located in a crawl space (like almost all the time, says my inside voice)... Two other plumbing outfits looked at it and I encouraged them to think outside the box.... But in the midst of all this, Louie comes out, takes one look at it, sees the leak, gives an estimate, comes back the following week and fixes it in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Louie sent me pictures before and after, gave me detailed information about what was needed and exactly what he did. He was pleasant to deal with and he didn't make up any excuses about why he was unwilling to go into a crawl space to fix my plumbing.”
“Louie was awesome. Very easy to talk to an awesome personality. He was very thorough and efficient. I will definitely use him again for all of my plumbing services very nice and courteous guy and very respectful. I am definitely satisfied with his service and I would suggest other people use him in my neighborhood too. You will not be disappointed at all.”
