Over the last month, Connally Plumbing replaced our leaking kitchen faucet, installed a new water heater the same day ours failed, and then stood behind their work when the newly installed faucet (that I bought) began leaking due to a defect. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue at no charge, replaced the faucet the same day, improved the mounting under the sink, and even waived the installation cost as a courtesy. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service are second to none. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their work. “I highly recommend Connally plumbing. I contacted them for my plumbing problems after noticing their truck at my neighbors over the years. They have done several plumbing jobs for me including: detection and repair of a leak of a pipe underground outside, replacement of a kitchen faucet, repair of bathroom basin pops, installation of a new commode, and new bathroom sink faucets. They are very competent, friendly and stand by their work. When they accidentally made a small crack in a basin when they replaced the pop stopper, they replaced the basin.
