Four Rivers Plumbing Heating & A/C

Four Rivers Plumbing Heating & A/C operates as a plumbing company out of New Braunfels, Texas, with Ben Dean as the owner. The business provides plumbing, heating and air conditioning services along with related construction work such as remodels. It is a family owned operation that handles projects from itemized quotes covering materials, labor and travel time. The listed address sits at 17140 E U.S. Hwy 90 in Kingsbury, Texas, and the company maintains regular weekday hours from eight in the morning until five in the evening while staying closed on weekends.

Customers have brought the company jobs that include full exterior painting of a house, replacement of storage shed siding with Hardy board, complete bathroom remodels, and larger rental home updates that cover new electrical runs, bathroom installations, HVAC replacement, and fixture upgrades. One project involved shoring up a pavilion structure. Ben handled portions of the work directly in several cases and coordinated trusted contractors for the rest, delivering results that addressed the original issues on each site.

Ben supplies clear quotes that account for travel distances, such as a job over one hundred sixty miles away, and stays responsive to scheduling needs and follow up requests after the main work ends. The company keeps communication open throughout projects and shows flexibility when additional maintenance or improvement tasks arise on the same properties. Service stays tied to the hours and locations described in the profile details.

“Full Disclosure – Ben Dean is my son-in-law – with that, this review is honest and accurate: I asked Ben (owner of Four Rivers Construction) to provide a quote for some work that needed to be done at my mother’s house (1. Paint the outside of the house; 2. Replace all of the siding of a storage shed with Hardy). Ben provided me with an itemized quote for materials, labor, and travel time (the job was in Pasadena, TX approximately 160 miles). We agreed on a start date and Ben performed the siding work on the building himself and contracted the painting to a trusted local contractor. Due to my full schedule, I needed someone to perform/manage all the work which Ben did greatly to my satisfaction. The work was performed as defined in the quotations and pricing did not change. As a side note – my mother is experiencing some issues associated with her age and Ben was both very professional and caring when communicating with her. All-in-all it was a job well-done and I would utilize Ben for any future work and would recommend him to any of my friends or family. -William Newton”

“Ben was extremely professional, respectful of time commitments and responsive in all of the work done on my bathroom remodel. He was very diligent in all of the he did personally and even more so with the work that he had done. He went to great lengths to make sure the work was done right. Plus he put up with my pup. :). I would recommend Ben and Four Rivers Construction to anyone looking to have work done in their house.”

“We hired Four Rivers to do a remodel of a recently purchased ranch style rental home. We are thrilled with the quality of the work (all electrical replaced, new bathrooms installed, all new HVAC, and all fixtures/finish)…and even more so the service and follow through since then (on issues not related to their original work, but helping us maintain and improve a remote home). I highly recommend them for general contractor services and am glad to have met them as we continue to work together.”

“Benjamin Dean is a man of great integrity! His honesty is reflected through his fair estimates, and his workmanship is of the highest quality. He was kind and caring and showed empathy toward my situation. He is a true professional in every way, and I highly recommend him.”
