“Called Gordon the Plumber because they are local to our Canyon Lake neighborhood & New Braunfels and they had done work for me before. Gordon III, or G3 and Blake came out and looked at the repairs I needed: remove reverse osmosis system, replace kitchen faucet, repair feed line to outdoor kitchen, replace ball valve and hose bib. While there, G3 noticed the outdoor kitchen faucet had bulged out of shape probably due to one of our past freezes. Understand G3 is out there although his wife could go into labor at any moment. He also noticed our water showed to be too hard, did a water test and sure enough the 16 year old softener was kaput. He told me to buy 2 kitchen faucets and let him know when I had them and he would order a softener and come back and install it all and we would settle the bill at that time. His wife went into labor in the early morning hours and he took off a few days. My wife had surgery and so work was on hold for over a week. G3 & Kyle came out this past Thur, finished all the work: remove and install softener with new pex drain line, install whole house shut-off valve and replace piping, replace hose bib, ball valve, and repair feed line and install both sink faucets, all in about 4 hours. All of their work was Grade A+ and my wife and I got to see pics & videos of their cute new baby. Some folks may only know Gordon The Plumber as a commercial/industrial plumber, but they have a top notch Repair group as well. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.”

Not only did they fix 2 problems in record time but they were very polite and explained everything that even I could understand !! On time, cleaned up the area like they were never there.
