“They came to unstop a small sink during business hours. The two men were here less than thirty minutes (one watching/one working) and easily unstopped my sink. Two days later I got my bill and all it said was $365.00 with no explanation of any of the charges, just an amount due. When I booked the appointment they told me they really didn't have set rates and would look at the job on site and give me an estimate. I thought that was fair. However, That Never Happened. When I called to discuss my bill he said his plumbers got paid $200/hr and there was an equipment cost. I said ok but they were gone in 30 minutes. He said we don't bill anything less than an hour. I told him that I thought the charges were unreasonable, given the ease of the job and that no one ever offered me an estimate up front as promised before fixing it. He told me his people had to eat. I guess he forgot I had to eat too. Read reviews that are not 5 star. I wish I had.”
