“My husband and I hired Monkey Wrench Plumbing to install a new water heater for us and fix a leaky hose in the back of our house. There were some issues with the water heater installation and an old pipe had burst during the hose repair and flooded underneath my house unfortunately. JJ (the owner) really went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of when these problems arose. He came out immediately the next morning (a Saturday) at 7am to fix our water heater himself accompanied by a mold remediation/construction team to thoroughly inspect under my house at no expense to us, as I told him I was concerned about mold due to the burst pipe. The mold remediation/construction team gave us great news that there was no damage to the underneath of my house or sub flooring, no structural issues and no risk for mold growth at all. They had very high end equipment and spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting underneath my house. This peace of mind and assurance was everything! If you want a plumber to get the job done, really cares about the quality of work done on your home, and WILL go above and beyond to fix any issues that arise, this company is it.
