“We had an excellent experience with OTT Plumbing! I was visiting my mother who’s 89, and her water heater began leaking. She immediately wanted to call OTT because she’d had good experience with them in the past. They responded quickly and came out within an hour of speaking to them. They very efficiently replaced the pressure relief tank and had us up and running within an hour and half. Jason & John were very polite, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend OTT Plumbing!!”

“I hired Ott plumbing to fix a leak under my house. This house is very old. Built in the 1940’s. The plumber they sent did not have adequate experience. He never checked the pressure or said anything about needing a pressure relief valve. He did an improper patch job and charged me over $450. The next day, the patch job busted and instead of a slow leak like I had before, water was gushing gallons and gallons of water. I had to fight them to get them to come back immediately to fix it. They claimed that they were just too busy. They eventually relented and sent the same guy back to “fix” it. He was on the phone with someone trying to tell him how to “fix” it because he didn’t know how. All he did was do a bigger patch job then he was told to tell me they would not guarantee their work. As they were leaving he said I need a pressure relief valve. Well, then why didn’t they install one to begin with?? They took my money knowing full well it wouldn’t hold. Sure enough it was leaking again. I called a different plumbing company and they had to tear out all of Ott Plumbings repair work and start over including a pressure relief valve because the pressure was at 95 psi. and they installed expansion tanks on my hot water heaters. They also reduced the pressure to 60 psi. I’m out $450 for nothing! Cheap repair. Horrible customer service.”

“This takes the cake of worst service ever received in my life. They came out to fix a small leak in my backyard…17 hours later it turned into a gushing river. When I called to have them come out and fix the issue they caused 17 hours before, the staffer who answered was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. Upon telling her that they caused a flowing river in my backyard, she didn’t provide an ounce of care. She coldly said they would not be sending someone out to fix it because “they were busy and the technician we had yesterday was at a doctor’s appointment”. This response took me by shock. Hello…send literally anyone, y’all caused an active river in our backyard. When we re-explained the obvious, that they worsened the issue themselves so we needed to take priority on the schedule because there’s now a flowing river outside and it’s an emergency. She then said “well no, because it looks like we fixed it”. So when I got upset at their lack of ownership over fixing the river they caused and refusing to make it right, she hung up on me. I’m still in disbelief. After a lot of effort and pleading on our side , they finally sent over the technician. The technician was very professional and apologetic. However, we then were informed that a new pressure valve should be installed, so they were not able to guarantee the repair. That sure would have been helpful info to be made aware of the day before, before they started the project and should have been quoted and done within the same project. We’ve lost all trust so will be going back to Cowboy plumbing or ME Plumbing to now install the pressure valve.”
