“This is by far the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with!!! Katie the executive assistant, was so friendly and helpful, she kept us updated as to when we would expect our plumber to arrive. Our plumber David was AMAZING!! Very informative letting us know where the leak was and how much the repair would be. Quick in and out the leak is fixed and now I can relax knowing hot water is no longer leaking in my home. Thank you so much Plumbing Matters! You guys are the best! “We moved into a home we had just purchased and heard what I believed to be water running inside one of the walls. After trying for several days to determine the source of the sound, we called the home warranty company who sent out a plumber. That plumber told us we had a leak (which we knew), that it was in a certain wall (which we also knew), and then said he couldn't repair it because he could not isolate the line that was leaking. However, he did tell us we should shut the water off until the leak was repaired. We recontacted the home warranty company who was unable to provide any other plumber that could respond, and after multiple calls and hours on the phone, basically told us we were on our own. After five days without water in the house and numerous unsuccessful phone calls to multiple plumbers who all said they were unable to respond due to being so busy, we were referred to Dave Delgado of Plumbing Matters. I called Dave and he was able to respond later that same day after his scheduled jobs. He was able to diagnose and isolate the problem (a leak in a pipe in the foundation) in very short order. He isolated the line and had the water to most of the house restored”

He also helped me unclog an AC drain line and repair an existing line. Pricing was very reasonable - was even cheaper than my AC guy. “I want to give a great big thank you to David Delgado(master plumber) with Plumbing Matters. We had out of town family staying overnight last night when about 10:45pm I detected a foul odor coming frowellm our guest bathroom. I went in and realized both toilet and bathtub were backed up with sewage. I went to retrieve the plunger out of our master bathroom. I realized both the toilet and stand up shower were backed up as well. Quickly, the foul odor started creeping thru the house. My awesome landlord got a hold David Delgado(master plumber) with Plumbing Matters and he came approx. an hour later. He quickly figured out what he had to do and did it in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and explained the plan of action for the soon to be follow up. This started out as a bad situation, but David showed up to save the day.. I can't thank him enough for coming out so late. I would highly recommend him for future plumbing issues.”

“I was in a bind and needed a plumber asap at 5 pm on a Wednesday. David was at my home by 6:45 and out by 7:30. He unclogged my shower that was backed up and causing my toilet to back up as well. He was very professional, friendly and even cleaned up after himself. I only gave three stars because of the explanation of the cost of services rendered. When I called he said that it was an extra $100 to begin with because it was after hours. Understood and totally makes sense. I asked if he could give me a ball park, he said including the $100 I was looking at $250-$350. Fine, as I was in a huge bind. He ran the snake once and nothing. So then as we spoke he began to think it was an electrical issue, not plumbing. Before leaving he suggested running the snake one more time, and that did the trick. It was indeed a plumbing issue. As I stated, he was at my home from 6:45 to 7:30 pm...less than an hour. I'm assuming it will be toward the lower end since it didn't take very long. I asked him how much it was going to be, he shot off $375. WOW! So, not only the high end of the estimate but even more! No per hour rate was given to justify this cost other than the $100 extra due t”
