American Leak Detection of Arkansas

American Leak Detection of Arkansas works as plumbers based in the North Little Rock area. Their main trade centers on leak detection and repair for homes, businesses, and local government systems. The outfit stays fully licensed and takes on both simple plumbing calls and bigger projects that involve water loss in residential setups, commercial sites, and municipal lines. Crews in this part of Arkansas see plenty of calls from older pipes and shifting ground that create hidden drips behind walls or under slabs. Homeowners here know that catching these early stops mold and high water bills before they turn into full replacements.

The team runs sewer camera inspections to spot blockages or breaks without tearing up yards, handles sewer odor detection to trace gas sources, and performs sewer line leak repair with trenchless methods that limit digging. They also manage fire suppression system checks, irrigation fixes, and leak work on pools, spas, and fountains. For insurance adjuster claims they document cause and origin on site. These plumbers show up with equipment that pinpoints problems fast on both new builds and older North Little Rock properties where tree roots and clay soil often stress lines. Service calls cover the full range from basic plumbing to municipal contracts without extra layers of delay.

Customers rate them high because the work stays quick once the leak is located, repairs hold up under local conditions, and pricing stays straightforward for the scope involved. Communication comes across clear on timelines and options so folks know what to expect before any digging starts. That steady approach to quality and price adds up in a trade where missed leaks lead to repeated visits. DIRT Score 4.67 from 322 reviews on Finds.

“Louis and Zack were great, they diagnosed my problem and repaired it with minimal destruction of my yard. Had to replace my main water line from the meter to house and only dug up the two ends of the line since they were able to locate the ends with their high tech equipment. Very pleasant and professional individuals with all the right tools and knowledge. Use these guys, you will not regret your decision”

“Louis, arrived as scheduled and was polite and personable, good to see. Showed a very good understanding of our water system and was able to find and repair the leak in short order. I will not hesitate to recommend this company anytime.”

“We had a major plumbing issue and were without water for 10 days. I contacted American League Detection at the request of the plumber, who could not find the source of the leak. ALD arrived the morning after I called late the afternoon before (they basically responded within hours of my call). The people who work for ALD are the real deal, because they care. From initial contact, scheduling, and the arrival of Zach and Dillon at our home, we knew we were in good hands, which proved to be reality. The next day without request, Louis (Supervisor / 25 years with ALD) arrived to make sure "we were okay". He spent two hours with the plumber offering his expertise, most of which translated in to the actual scope for the repairs. Professional through and through. Thank you American Leak De”

“I have only had excellent customer service from this company. Previously I had work completed by Zack and Dylan who were exceptional, I really appreciated them. Just this morning I had AR Leak Det. come out to evaluate a possible leak. I received notice with a picture of them prior to the arrival time. Bruce and Alex arrived on time, patiently allowed me to explain the previous work that had been completed as well as the reason I had called them to come out this time. Before doing anything they told what they would be doing, keeping me in the loop the whole time. They did a pressure check showing me exactly how they checked for a possible leak, showing me the gauges and what I would see if there was a leak.... As a customer I can tell you that it matters for a company that is working on y”

“My experience with Louis was great. Very respectful, informative, patient, and pleasant. I can’t comment on whether the spot he marked is accurate since the plumber has not been back to do the job yet.”
