“My midtown LR home was built in 1961 with ‘Orangeburg’ water and sewer lines. The lines were failing from age and tree roots and the only fix was to replace them. I’m on a corner property and the orangeburg mains run under a concrete porch, stairs, wall, and driveway. I hired Contractor McRae Construction who worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater LR (BFP) to replace the mains. My experience with BFP was excellent. From start to finish, we were advised of the timeline and progress of the project. BFP’s crew completed their work in 2 days. They arrived on time, worked carefully and expertly, operated a huge backhoe right outside by porch door, filed the necessary permits and their part of the LR Water Mgmt Authority reimbursement application, and cordoned off the digging area”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be more impressed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The estimate was clear, scheduling was easy, communication was consistent, and the finished work was excellent. This company clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Once the work started, the technicians really sealed the deal for me. Every one of them was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Matt Thrift stood out in particular — his customer service was top-tier. At one point, I asked if he did side work, and without hesitation, he said no — he’s committed to the company. That kind of integrity says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they’ve built. The only negative part of the experience ”
