SANDERS PLUMBING, INC.-L

Sanders Plumbing, Inc.-L works out of North Little Rock handling plumbing jobs for homes and businesses throughout the region. With nearly one hundred years behind them, this crew knows the ins and outs of keeping water systems running right in an area that sees its share of temperature shifts and storms. They stick to practical solutions for everyday problems like leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements without any fancy extras. Local folks count on their experience when something breaks and needs sorting fast. The business covers Central Arkansas but stays grounded where they started.

Plumbers around North Little Rock deal with plenty of calls about burst lines after cold snaps and backed up drains when heavy rains hit the area. Older homes here often have galvanized pipes that rust out over time, leading to low pressure or leaks that need full repiping jobs. Crews also spend time on water heater swaps when units stop working during peak summer use or winter demands. They clear main sewer lines clogged by tree roots or debris and fix running toilets or dripping faucets that waste water and raise bills. Work usually starts with a quick look at the issue then moves to the fix using standard tools and parts that hold up in local conditions.

Homeowners in the area give high marks for how quick the response comes on service calls and the solid quality of the repairs that hold up over time. They also point out fair pricing without surprise costs and clear communication from start to finish on every job. Customers consistently note fast arrivals even for after hours problems and thorough work that solves the root cause rather than just patching symptoms. Prices stay reasonable compared to what others quote for the same tasks. DIRT Score 4.87 from 2736 reviews on Finds.

“They installed a new AC unit almost a year ago and recently came out and inspected, cleaned it and adjusted the blower motor. I think the guy's name was David that did the service. When he was finished cleaning it he showed me pictures of what the parts looked like he inspected, what the efficiency of the unit was and did the most through job I have ever witnessed. He said he hadn't worked for them for very long, but I couldn't have been more impressed with the effort he put in to this maintenance service.”

“We had water in our crawlspace. Heath correctly determined the source of the leak to old cast iron drains. They had to cut out out a section of the wall to replace a rusted t-connector & pipe. Hard workers & reasonable price(very close to his estimate). This was a tough job - 65 year old cast iron pipes!”

“Technician Jason was friendly & knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of both inside & outside units, found an issue, explained it to me & did the repair quickly. Very reasonably priced our new capacitor (FYI, pay cash, no credit card fees so lower cost) Highly recommend Sanders Plumbing & Heating! I’m so glad Nickole offered me an annual maintenance plan. Call her today!”

“The Tech showed up on time. He was very courteous and got our Central Air fixed quick. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend Sanders. They were recommended to me by a trusted source.”

“Upon discovering a fairly serious water leak near our water meter we called Sanders. We found customer service extremely helpful and responsive in meeting our need. In less than an hour Josh Brewer had arrived and went straight to work repairing the leak. A few other Sanders plumbers who had just finished a job down the street spotted his truck and stopped by to help out. In short, the work was completely and professionally finished within the hour. And to top it off, the service charge was most reasonable. We just can't recommend Sanders enough--most impressive!”

“We had a service visit to check out our electric and HVAC systems, as well as a few minor issues. They did a great job. However, after they left, I realized our solar system was no longer working. I knew they had done some work on the breaker panel, so I did my best to troubleshoot the solar system on my own but couldn’t get it back up and running. I called them back and asked if they could come take another look and double-check everything they had done, since our solar system happened to go down on the same day they worked on it. It turned out to be a simple mistake and an easy fix for them. They corrected the issue and had our system up and running again! If you want to talk about integrity and honesty, these guys are it. They owned up to the mistake and took the time to make it right”

“Sanders is a company you can trust and all of the crew is awesome. John and Joey answered all of our questions and completed a major hvac replacement project in a day's time and new Sensi thermostats were also installed. Thank you very much and we will be using Sanders for our future HVAC / Plumbing needs.”

“We had a hot water heater go bad on a Saturday. I assumed we would have to wait til Monday to have hot water. Sander’s Plumbing sent me a bio of our plumber before he came- which was awesome! Jacob was so kind and helpful! He had a new hot water heater replaced in good time! We are so thankful!”

“Excellent service! When I called they were not only very professional, but they went above and beyond to get someone on site very quickly. Chad was super courteous and professional and very considerate. He was very conscientious about minimizing any impact to the house from the work he had to do to in order to solve the problem. He was also very attentive to make sure that we were satisfied that the problem was resolved before he started packing his tools. Definitely would call Sanders plumbing again if I need a plumber.”

“Hank with Sanders Plumbing just came by and fixed my diy botched bathroom valve replacement. I called this morning and he’s here this afternoon. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I certainly appreciate this kind of response from a highly recommended business.”
