“We have 4 invoices overdue with Luxury Commercial Contractors since August 2025. After the last review I left we were told we would be getting paid on October 20th or 21st. October 21st gets here and there is no payment made. We email to see what the issue is and they say they will pick up check and pay online. October 27th gets here and still no payment they say that Fedex didn’t pick up check on time. Like always giving us excuses. Finally they pay online on 11-3 and payments got returned for NSF on Thursday 11-6 We email to let them know and asked to get this resolved. They told us they would give us a check on Friday 11-7 at 9:30 and he didn’t show up until 10:10am. Had us waiting 40 minutes. We deposit the check that day and on Thursday 11-13 our bank calls to let us know the check got returned for NSF. We email again that same day to let them know and no one replies. I email again on Friday 11-14 and mention that we are still waiting on a response as to when we will get paid and if nothing gets done I was going to make another review and take it to social media so the public is aware of the type of business they run. That is when I finally get a response that they will wire the money. I send the wiring information and they said they were working on it. 5pm rolls around and Joshua says he put in the wire but couldn’t verify it so we will be getting it Monday 11-17. Monday comes around and we don’t get any wiring confirmation. I email again and Joshua responds with working on it at 10:50am. Then he texts us at 4:55pm saying there was an issue and the wire didn’t go out that they would get it fixed. Didn’t mention when though so we will see. Again all we want is to get paid for the services we provided. Don’t make business with a company that doesn’t pay on time, gives you the run around, and has terrible communication.”
