“Top notch service from office staff to Jacob. He explained everything that was going on and did an impeccable job. Came out very quickly and got my issue resolved quickly as well. Will definitely use Rainbow again.”

“I will not be using Rainbow Plumbing again. The plumber came by on Friday and got the water to flow but it lasted 1 day before it clogged up again. It being the weekend and the extra cost of having plumber come to my house again was costly so I waited for the weekday. Called and let them know I did not receive or sign a receipt for my payment. When I called to let them know that my problem was not fixed and now I have a water leak from my PVC pipes. I asked if they could send some out to fix the issue and she stated that she can but we would be charged again. She stated the invoice stated NO Guarantee!! So I then asked about the NEW issue I had due to the plumbers work. Both drains are now leaking and this was not an issue before!! Now I have to fix the drains and unclog my own sink. What did I pay for !!! Never again.”

The plumber from Rainbow Plumbing proceeded to use a whole roll of my personal toilet paper trying to intentionally cause a clog. He claim to have found no issues with the toilet. I question the reliability of this testing method and if it was necessary or even professional? My toilet was leaking at the base the same day he ran a massive amount of toilet paper in it. I hired another plumber to perform a thorough inspection.”
