“I do not recommend this company to anyone! They took 3 days to actually come from when the appointment was set. Two guys come they see what problem is they leave come back about 2-3 hours later they fix the problem within 20 min or so (install a trap in the shower drain). We are billed 3 hours for their time! We paid over $500.00. They never explained we were responsible for the time they were driving around town "looking for parts" that is absolutely ridiculous!”

He immediately went to the roof and snaked through the vent line and cleared the problem. Joe was very friendly and professional. The cost was actually lower than I expected. “Be careful when using this company. They will way over charge you on the time they spend at your home. They charge close to $200.00 every time they supposedly come to your home. Make sure you log the times they go to your home. (I disputed charge still did not help me with the facts I had). Will not use this company again.”
