Sampson's Plumbing and Water Treatment

Sampson's Plumbing and Water Treatment works out of Oro Valley as a straightforward plumbing crew that handles residential and commercial jobs across the Tucson area. They focus on pipes, fixtures, and water systems that keep homes running without constant trouble. The outfit stresses honest estimates up front and a no-hassle approach that gets problems solved fast rather than dragging things out. In a place like Oro Valley, where desert conditions and hard groundwater put extra wear on lines and heaters, their mix of regular plumbing and water treatment work lines up with what property owners actually face day to day.

Their crews handle sewer and drain clearing, fixture replacements, water filtration installs, water heater repairs and swaps, plus water softening systems that cut down on scale buildup. In Oro Valley the dry heat and mineral-heavy water often lead to clogged drains, failing heaters, and corroded pipes, so these plumbers show up ready to diagnose on site and finish the job without multiple visits. They cover both quick emergency calls and bigger upgrades like whole-house filtration that protects appliances and improves water taste. Local houses benefit from this range because it keeps everything from basic leaks to full softening setups under one crew instead of calling separate outfits.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up, the pricing stays fair, and the crew shows up when promised without long delays or vague answers. Speed on drain and heater jobs, solid quality that avoids callbacks, and clear talk about costs all add up to reliable results in a trade full of shortcuts. That steady performance builds the kind of track record homeowners notice when they need the same crew again. DIRT Score 4.95 from 278 reviews on Finds.

“We have lived in Tucson over 60 years and have used almost every big plumbing company in town. We had a large job and Sampson's Plumbing was our selection without hesitation. When you hire Glenn Sampson, his name is on the truck and he is your plumber. Period. His expertise, attention to detail and fair pricing is unmatched. Large companies do not have this investment; in fact, after they've sold you everything they can, their "investment" is getting in and out as quickly as possible. Glenn Sampson IS Sampson plumbing. He installed a water system and for the first time we have great water pressure (other companies said it was "fine" - it wasn't). Our dishes are sparkling and laundry uses very little soap. We are beyond thrilled that we finally found a plumber who is a total profess”

“Glenn is a wealth of knowledge and very professional! He listened to my concerns and needs and did a great job creating a water system for my new home. Highly recommend him!”

“My family and I were having sort of a water emergency and through a referral we contacted Sampson‘s Plumbing. They were quick to respond and Glenn did a great job describing the issue and what his approach would be. There was no ambiguity in the process and when any issues arose, he was quick to respond to them. He is courteous, he is diligent in his work, and I am so happy to have met this company and to have experienced their service firsthand. I will gladly be recommending them as often as I can.”

“I would like to give a huge shout out to Glenn and SAMPSON plumbing and water treatment,he came out to our house and fixed the number of plumbing issues that we’ve had let go for a long time at a very reasonable price. He also went as far as to educate us on what it means to have a new water softening system, which we will be in the works by the end of the year. Thanks again, SAMPSON, plumbing and water treatment and of course Glenn for the amazing experience.”

“Communication with the office was exceptional. Glenn is friendly and professional. Explained the job and showed me what he did. The job didn’t take as long as he initially thought and he reduced the price accordingly. Fair and efficient. I would highly recommend!”

“We have been using Sampson Plumbing now for several years and we have always been very happy with our experience with Glenn. He is friendly, prompt and communicates clearly about what’s needed and the costs involved. We have needed his services for both minor plumbing issues like replacing old, frozen water supply shut-off valves at toilets and sinks; and major plumbing work like installing sewer clean-outs that were not installed when our home was built. We belong to Sampson’s membership club and enjoy the benefits of a free annual plumbing inspection, a 15% discount on repairs, reduced service fees and the peace of mind of knowing we have priority, same-day service for any unforeseen plumbing emergencies. Sampson’s has our highest recommendation.”

“After another plumber left me with a leaking, unsightly bathroom tub faucet, Glen from Sampson’s Plumbing came to the rescue. He replaced everything from the ground up and installed beautiful new fixtures — and the difference is night and day. Glen clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Everything works perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. If you need a plumber who will actually get the job done right, Glen is your guy!”

“Glenn is very professional. He did a thorough job of reviewing my plumbing so I don’t have any problems in the future.”

“Owner Glenn was very professional & extremely knowledgeable! He took the time to explain what the issue I had was and the correct way to repair it. No surprises, and I was happy with the final price. Highly recommend!”

“We got the under sink filter system for drinking water. The taste is amazing - far better than any bottled water. Glenn is extremely conscientious - takes no short cuts. Highly recommend!!!!”
