Doug Hall's Plumbing Services LLC

Doug Hall's Plumbing Services LLC is a plumber based in Payson, Arizona. They take care of plumbing work for homes and businesses throughout the area and nearby parts of the state. The crew shows up with the tools needed to handle whatever comes up in the pipes and fixtures. Payson sees its share of plumbing troubles due to the local weather patterns and soil conditions that can shift lines over time. Folks in town often run into issues with water pressure or drainage that require a steady hand to sort out properly without causing more problems down the road.

They provide repairs, installations, and maintenance for all kinds of plumbing setups in residential and commercial spots. When a drain backs up or a faucet starts dripping nonstop, they come out to locate the source and make the fix. Installation work covers everything from new water lines to updated bathroom fixtures that hold up better in the dry climate. Regular maintenance checks help spot corrosion or weak joints before they fail during a cold snap or heavy use period. Customers get straight talk on costs and timelines so there are no surprises once the work starts.

The score comes from consistent feedback on how fast they respond to calls and the quality of the work that lasts. Homeowners note fair pricing without padding the bill for simple jobs and clear communication about what the problem is and how it gets solved. In Payson the weather can stress plumbing systems with temperature swings and mineral heavy water, so having a crew that knows the local conditions helps avoid repeat issues. This kind of track record builds trust over time with people who need the job done right without hassle. DIRT Score 4.23 from 33 reviews on Finds.

“Doug is by far the best plumber in this town. He helped us with our complete gut remodel. We added a hightech Alexa enabled Master double shower which he had all the answers for, along with the complex rerouting of existing pipes. He also installed the tankless water heater and the soft water system. The most helpful part was him coming out after hours after he had already been on the couch for a couple hours. He will have the answer to any problem you may have. Give him a call, he will be the one that actually answers the phone.”

“I recently was referred to Doug after a clog in our drains forced us to have to cut water to the house. He showed up earlier than expected the next morning, resolved the issue quickly, gave us tips on how we could potentially fix the issue if it ever happened again, and was more than fair in his pricing. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone and will reach out to him again for any future plumbing needs. I was so very grateful for his help.”

“Doug is a great guy, he does great work, he is reliable, and his prices are fair. I would recommend Doug to any of my family or friends. I only use Doug for personal and business plumbing matters.”

“Doug Hall’s Plumbing Service has been solid every time I’ve used him. He actually answers the phone, shows up when he says he will, and gets out there fast when something needs attention. The work is always done right—no shortcuts, no having to call him back to fix anything. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend him if you want someone dependable who knows what they’re doing.”

“My bathtub wouldn't drain so I called Doug Hall to come take a look at the problem. Doug put a camera down the main water line and unfortunately, we had a tree root that had crushed the main line. Doug ended up jackhammering my floor up in my living room and replaced the damaged pipe. He did a great job. Friendly, well priced for what was done and got it completed in a few hour's time. I will always use Doug for all future issues that we may have. Thanks Doug!”

“Doug completed a few small projects for me over the past week or so ... he was very responsive to my needs and timing, his pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of his work was great ... I would highly recommend Doug for your plumbing needs.”

“Beware! Do Not Hire Doug Hall. He is rude and unprofessional. I have hired him 2 times for plumbing issues so I believed I was a good established customer. I texted him on a Friday to ask if he would go out and Winterize my house. I received other quotes of $150, Doug wanted to charge me $375. I asked him about the price because he was much higher than the others and he immediately got defensive, evidently a bad attitude with his exclamation marks, and I feel very unprofessional. His response. Sorry you feel that way but my time is valuable too! It's short notice! So good luck finding anyone! My response: Doug: I've hired you to do two jobs for me and I've always paid what you charge. No other company has ever told me if I gave them 2 days notice it was short notice. Even if it”
