They all were friendly, open, easy to talk to, and they explained what was needed and options for the old Water Heater removal & New installation. They really blessed us, and surprised us also in that we got a new water heater the same day, opposite of earlier lead time forecast revealed. He was able to clean out the line and asked me if I had any animals around because alot of fecal matter and Toilet paper came out of the line, however he told me about it and didn't bother to clean it up. All went well with the services except for leaving the fecal matter and toilet paper on the ground. I would have given a 5 star if it hadn't been for that.”

I had a bit of an urgent need for a gas line situation, and they were on my property in under 30 minutes and got me all fixed up in two to three hours. I was both amazed and relieved with the job. There are three things I really liked about my experience with C&R. First they had a very nice person to receive my call instead of an answering machine. Second they got here quick. Third they came up with a good solution fairly quickly. Nothing is cheap in plumbing, including this job, but I believe the price is pretty much in line with the industry.
