They did not disappoint, I would recommend this Dynamic Duo of a partnership to anyone that needs any type of plumbing work done on their home.”

“Jack did a great job and was nice and knowledgeable. The repair itself was something pretty simple a hose that costed 7$ at Lowe’s and a valve that totaled probably 15$. The one thing I will give them they were quick and came out same day so really feels like you paying for the convenience . The repair costed 298$ all pretty much from the labor. Like I said not anything about jack he was amazing but being such a minor repair I hate to see how much they charge for an actual big job. In future will probably attempt to fix myself.”

The 10 year-old tanks were corroded and leaking from the bottom, so Epic priced out a repair package that not only covered the basic removal and installation, but new ancillary hardware and coverage. Dylan was top notch from start to finish, even diagnosing a manufacturer part that was defective, getting it replaced, and ensuring the project was solid and provided the correct hot water temperature thoroughout the house. This is the second job I've hard for Epic in the past couple years, and each one was performed with great communication (dispatch, Jake, and service techs) and excellent service. Donnell and Johnny showed up early and quickly assessed the situation, providing me with several options and their costs. They were able to clear all 3 drains, do some minor repairs to the bathroom sinks, and change out the disposal within about 4 hours. I went with the hydro key option and my drains have never been so clear. I highly recommend Epic, as they are professional and reasonably priced.”

“We can’t say enough good about EPIC! Stephen was great! He showed me the reason our drain piping was plugging and then gave a couple of solutions. We decided on which solution to proceed with. Daniel and his helper came after we decided which way to go and installed the drain piping from kitchen to the main line. He answered any questions I had as the project proceeded. They were efficient and worked well as a team. They had it installed and working approximately 4 hours. Also I would like to complement Stephanie for her help in managing this project.
