Essential Plumbing LLC

Essential Plumbing LLC handles plumbing work in Pearland, Texas, as a family-owned operation run by Art, a master plumber with over thirty years on the job. The company takes on residential and commercial jobs that include water heater installation and repair, sewer line work, gas line installation and fixes, garbage disposal repairs, and emergency calls. It covers Pearland along with Manvel, Rosharon, and nearby spots, and it carries the state license MPL 43553. Art handles most of the service calls himself, drawing on decades of hands-on experience with both new installs and repairs.

Customers describe Art fixing water heaters by opening units for diagnosis instead of pushing full replacements, adding supply valves while setting new toilets and bidets, clearing clogged kitchen sinks, swapping shower valves and fixtures, running gas lines to generators, and stopping pipe bursts. In one case he repaired a tankless water heater in half an hour after other outfits wanted to replace the whole unit. Other jobs involved quick garbage disposal fixes and gas valve changes on old stoves, with clean work that left no mess and restored full function.

Art shows up the same day or even within an hour on urgent calls, explains options before starting, and keeps prices competitive without adding extras. He answers questions in detail, works around customer schedules including evening or next-morning returns, and stays within the Pearland area and nearby towns. Reviewers note he finishes jobs fast, offers ways to avoid repeat problems, and stands behind the work with straightforward communication from start to finish.

Every review rates the company at five stars and highlights Art’s honesty, efficiency, and refusal to push unneeded work. People mention fair costs, clear explanations, and reliable results on gas lines, water heaters, and drain issues, with several saying they have already passed his contact to neighbors.

“Art came and did a fantastic job in adding a new supply valve and installing a new toilet and bidet. He worked quickly and executed the work flawlessly. What would have taken me hours, if not days, was done in under 2 hours. Highly recommended for expert plumbing services. You get what you pay for and in this instance, even though the cost was higher than expected, you get reliable leak-free installation with a 1 year warranty and peace of mind (which is priceless).”

“After calling different companies, finally one of the companies recommended Mr. Fonseca, he was the only one that actually open my tankless water heater and come up with a diagnosis, and what was the plan of action, no intention of replacing the entire machine like other companies offered but to actually repair it. After getting the parts needed it only took him 30min to be done. I am very happy with his honest work and I recommend him, I have already pass his information to all my neighbors since we all have the same water heater. Thank you so much Art!”

“You can trust this business. We were really pleased with our service. We worked with Art for our shower valve and fixture replacement. He explains everything really well, does great work, and unlike those bigger companies, does not try to upsell you on things that you absolutely don’t need and rip you off. He is clearly an honest person. And he’s been doing this for over 30 years.”

Within an hour of placing my call, this remarkable plumbing company arrived—prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous. Their response time alone was impressive, but what truly set them apart was their transparency, integrity, and the extraordinary quality of their workmanship. As a homeowner, you prepare for the occasional unforeseen expense, but you also hope to find professionals who won’t exploit your vulnerability in moments of crisis. This company not only provided fair and reasonable pricing but also demonstrated a level of honesty and dedication that is exceedingly rare in today’s service industry. In the past, I’ve dealt with companies whose prices were inflated and whose work barely met minimal expectations. In stark contrast, this team far exceeded mine. They resolved the issue efficiently, and explained every step of the process with clarity. Their professionalism, skill, and compassion transformed what could have been a stressful ordeal into an experience that inspired genuine gratitude. “Found Art at Essential plumbing through a Facebook portable generator page. I needed a natural gas line hook up for my generator and called Art. He came out and was super friendly and professional and very reasonable in price. He even stayed and got my water heater back running after it would not come back on, which was not Art’s fault. My family had a late Friday evening event so Art came back Saturday morning to finish up. If I have any plumbing issues I’ll be calling Art at Essential plumbing.”

“In a word, FANTASTIC! Art is both professional and personable. Great water heater and installation at a price below his competitors. I called in the afternoon, and he was here the next morning. Plus, he corrected issues with the exhaust flue at no cost to me. He's the kind of small business owner to support and employ. And no, I'm not a family member or personable friend. I'm just a super satisfied customer.”
