It’s a part of homeownership, right? I had all of the cast iron drain lines under my 1960s home replaced with PVC in Houston, TX 77033. The old pipes were severely deteriorated and causing ongoing drainage issues. Miguel came out and thoroughly checked the lines and explained what I was up against. The crew performed a full excavation under the home, carefully removed the existing cast iron piping, and installed new PVC drain lines with proper slope and connections throughout. They also tested the system thoroughly before backfilling to ensure everything was flowing correctly. Despite working in a tight crawl space and dealing with an older home layout, even in inclement weather, the job was completed efficiently and professionally. Everything was left clean, and the communication throughout the project was clear and consistent. I received my green tag!!! Since the replacement, drainage has been smooth with no backups or issues. Also, the water temperature improved in my sink.
