“During the big 2021 freeze, where we were without power and water for days, they price gouged us for over $2,000 for fixing a few easily accessible leaks. Taking advantage of vulnerable people during a time of crisis is despicable. To address their response below, a complaint was made at the time and the office manager said they were operating under "emergency pricing", which is the definition of price gouging. I decided to rate it now because I found my paperwork from back then. And as a side note, if their assertion now is that $2,500 is a normal cost for 2 hours to repair an easily accessible leak, that should be a warning sign to all others.”

Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. “What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. “We have had 2 great experiences to date (hence 2 stars rather than 1). We had a leaky faucet and booked an appointment with Leo 2 weeks in advance to fix it. My wife rearranged her schedule for the week and we had an 8 am-12 pm slot. However, it appears that, despite booking two weeks in advance, Leo was assigned to a (more financially lucrative for the company?) plumbing emergency and, in fact, was not able to make our appointment at all. No one else was sent to replace him and, unfortunately, I have work at 1 pm. Very unprofessional scheduling experience although Leo is an excellent and honest plumber.”

“Ben J. was very efficient and worked to give me a good price for his services. I called him out because we thought we had a leak (2 months of high water bills), and coincidentally that morning the fixture to the shower broke and we had to turn off the water to the house to stop it running. Ben replaced the cartridge to get the shower fixture back in order so we could turn the water back on and troubleshoot the "leak." After checking a couple of the usual suspects quickly, he asked if we had a water filtration system, which we do. We have an RO system in the kitchen which we tried to sanitize after the freeze and haven't figured out how to connect it back together and get it operational again. But it turns out that even though water was not flowing from the RO faucet, it had been flowing this whole time down the drain tube. I had no idea! Ben was able to identify this quickly and save me from a large bill. He only charged me for replacing the shower fixture and threw in the "leak detection" for free. Good expertise and with an interest in not price gouging his clients. Thank you, Ben!”
