In Peoria, TX, the heat often speeds up wear on older pipes and tanks while occasional storms push debris into lines, so crews focus on fast diagnosis followed by targeted fixes that avoid tearing up yards or slabs. Homeowners see them manage bathroom remodels too, where they swap out old setups for updated ones without dragging the job out longer than needed. Work stays direct, with clear explanations on what broke and how they plan to sort it.

“Best company we have ever dealt with by far! I noticed I had a bad water heater and needed replacement. I gave Desert water plumbing a call and they were at my house within the hour! They had everything replaced and fixed in just a little over one hour. I was completely shocked on how fast they were able to do this all while being very nice and professional. It was the best experience I have ever had with any company. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.”

“Hey Y’all, AZ Desert Water & Plumbing just completed a bunch of services at my new condo. They repaired my water heater, put in a new inlet tank, installed a brand new toilet, put in a brand new kitchen island sink, installed reverse osmosis water tank in the kitchen…..cleaned all pipes too! Combined, it came out to $2,100 (tax included). I saved a boatload. Also, everything was done in one visit & they warranty all their work for any unforeseen future issues! Friendly, clean, punctual, thorough & professional. The office mgr, Rachel was soo pleasant to deal with…..didn’t have to deal an automated bot machine. This is why I enjoy working w/smaller family-owned businesses. You already know they’re gonna bend over backwards for you. FYI, I’m not gettin paid a single penny for this ”

“This company was not the cheapest estimate I received but they were clearly promising much better workmanship, equipment and I appreciated the detailed explanation. They arrived this morning at about 7:30am and left as promised 8 hours later. They took great care with our home and cleaned up afterwards as well. They explained the system and offered any follow up service I might need. No high pressure sales, just helpful. They did have to cut into my walls inside but made it easy for repair.”

“Brad provided a descriptive assessment on what needed to be done along with a price estimate that they ultimately came in slightly under. This was work in an older high rise building and required shutting off chiller water to the floor in order to install four new ball valves, removed old water meter and installed new pipe sections leading to my air handler unit in preparation for additional work being done - this is something many plumbers working in the residential markets don't have the knowledge or comfort level to do. Showed up on-time for appointment and performed the work more quickly than stated in the work estimate. Cleaned up afterwards. Before and after photos attached.”

“We were very impressed with the professionalism, promptness and communication this company displayed. The plumber, Ethan, was exceptional; he was friendly and courteous. His work was expeditious yet with high quality and nice cleanup. We would absolutely use Desert Water and Plumbing again.”

“I have been wanting to find a plumbing service where the prices are reasonable and their work is outstanding. I recently scheduled Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter to fix a leaky shower. The scheduling was quick and easy, the service person, Dillon, arrived when they said he would and before he did any work, he put on booties so as not to track dirt/water on to my new carpet. Dillon, the service person, explained the issue, what he would do to resolve it and then followed through to fix the issue. He took photos as he worked. The cost was what Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter had quoted me over the phone. I have found a plumbing company that I can trust. I highly recommend them.”

“Our technician, Jose was phenomenal. He’s friendly, very honest, efficient and professional. He educated us and gave us choices for the Alkaline RO system that we have. In addition, we asked him about our shower that sometimes gets clogged and he provided us information on that too. The two people that we dealt with to schedule our appointment and ask some questions of we’re very, very helpful as well. The company does good follow up afterwards to ensure you’re satisfied. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them and if their other technicians are anything like Jose, they’re going to be fantastic.”

“From first call to office, she was very kind. Michael and his partner on the job were amazing. Very informative and super kind men. I apologize I don't remember the other gentlemen name. But, both were equally awesome. I highly recommend them and Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter. They came out same day I called, took a look, took picture and gave me an estimate with warrany on work and manufacture warranty on water heater.. And installed next day. They would have an install the same day. But, I couldn't get a hold of hubby right away. Thank you gentlemen”

“I had Desert Water install a water filtration and RO system. The process from quote to install was exceptional! Everyone was very kind and professional throught the process. The quote and setup was easy and not overbearing with sales tactics and very honest approach. The install and finish product was smooth and very clean. Kudos to Dee for her service and communication, and to Mike and Dillon (great and clean work) for the quote and install. Highly recommend DW!”

“Let me just start by saying I never give a 5 star review. I’m a very tough grader. Mike and Dillon at Desert Water came out and assessed my situation noting that my water main was leaking despite visible signs. They were the only company to test and identify high pressure at 85 psi, which likely caused a major flood from a toilet supply line two years ago. They replaced the service line, fixed the pressure, and repaired two clean out valves for significantly less than my other quotes from Yelp recommended plumbers. Mike made sure my landscaping looked as good as it did before they dug the trench. Strongly recommend! Ask for Mike Probst.”
