“Didn't go with them because the guy that came out lied to me. I had a crack in my toilet. Had 3 plumbers come and they said that all I needed was the base replaced and if I got it then they could replace it for me. (2 said it would cost more than the toilet base for them to install). The FlowTech Guy wanted to replace the whole toilet. I asked him why I couldn't just replace the base and he said Ferguson Home doesn't have just the base but they could order the whole toilet. I said "thank you" and let him leave. I went to Home Depot later that day and the nice lady there pulled up Ferguson Home and showed me that they DID have just the base and I could order it online. I got the base of the toilet from them and I'm going to get it replaced from another plumber that isn't charging an arm and”
