He explained all of the options, the differences between them and answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and really nice. He didnt try to push anything on us and gave us some quotes. Mike was able to come back a few hours later and install our softner. The whole experience was easy and quick. We will definitely use Trident again for any plumbing needs.”

Our journey started during our home inspection while we were still 1,300 miles away, packing for our move. After our general inspector flagged a faulty pressure-regulating valve (PRV), we contacted Trident, and they sent Sergio. He assessed the PRV, inspected a water softener loop that had been unused for over two years, and gave us clear, upfront quotes for both the valve replacement and a new water softener system. “Summary is High Quality Workmanship and Product along with a very Fair Price. Scheduled an appointment for a blown water heater. Trident was out the next morning for analysis of a tankless unit. Trident spec'd the manufacturer we requested (Navian) and offered a fair proposal - by afternoon Trident had completed a high quality retrofit and installation of a Navien tankless water heater. The work looks outstanding and our installer Quintin did an amazing job sharing information and operating instructions. Quality is my priority and I will absolutely use Trident again!”

“Great experience with Trident! Safety tank sprung a leak and water got into the parts of the tank that shouldn’t have water! Even on a weekend night, Quintin made it out to assess and recommend, and he was back the next day to take care of the removal and install the new water heater and safety tank, along with improved fittings on the water pipes and a new drain pan. “Truly appreciated that service was available later on a Friday evening on short notice. Was told the service call would be free unless a repair was necessary. All that I needed was my water hearted re-ignited after the pilot light went out as a result of the gas company servicing my meter. $129 to light the pilot light is not a “repair” in my opinion. But in the end, I’m happy with Trident’s friendly customer service and will use them again.”
