“James and his team are super nice and they always go above and beyond. Friendly and professional. They changed all our old pvc pipes to pex pipes to prevent pipes busting agaun during a winter freeze. Piping Underneath the house are all covered and ready. Texas freeze was very traumatic last year. Luckily James was there to take our call and immediately came to help us. This year we decided pex pipes would be a better solution. Of course we called the right guy for the job. Happy with the way everything looks. Thanks Ervin team for all the help! :)”

After calling 5 other plumbers with nobody answering, Ervin plumbing answered and came out the same day to investigate the issue. Upon further inspection, they found many more busted pipes and assisted us in repairing them. Throughout the whole thing, James did a great job and was very friendly and courteous, offering exceptional customer service. A big thing to note was the fact that they gave a VERY fair price for the amount of work they did. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged more but they remained honest and didn’t price hike at all. I definitely recommend this company. Good, hardworking people.”
