“Called up this company, the owner was very responsive via text. Can't thank Andrew, our plumber, enough. Andrew installed this complete 4 stage system (oxygenator, filter x 2, softener, and UV) in our garage. His attention to detail, problem solving and quality of work speaks for itself. I am extremely impressed with this plumbing company and intend to use them for all my future work. Price was extremely reasonable. I am one that typically does my own repairs, but in this circumstance, I was quite happy I hired O & M Plumbing. In hindsight, I would still hire them. The attention to detail was an even bigger surprise. Andrew explained everything up front, there were no surprises in billing, and Andrew made sure to perform a system walkthrough before leaving. In addition Andrew expressed a level of craftsmanship and quality that is harder and harder to find these days. If you ever have the need for a plumber, I highly recommend asking for Andrew when calling this company. The owner took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our sink/faucet and answered all of my questions about installing reverse osmosis without making me feel rushed, pressured, or stupid. He didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive option- he gave me multiple options for the situation so I could stay under budget. They also offered us a 1 year labor warranty which gave me confidence in moving forward. It is refreshing to find a company that seems to care more about doing quality work than making a quick buck.”

After the quote for our Toilet replacement & wall valve, Andrew said he could have it done right then if I wanted and provided an accurate time estimate.
