Town And Country Plumbing Co
Plumber · Pflugerville, TX
About
Town And Country Plumbing Co operates out of Elgin, TX as a full service plumbing outfit that handles both residential and commercial work. They have provided reliable plumbing services since 1981 and cover the full range of needs homeowners and builders run into, from basic drain issues to larger system upgrades. Their crew handles winterization to protect properties from cold snaps, inspects and clears sinks and drains that back up or flood, replaces corroded pipes when sections fail, services all types of water heaters that stop producing hot water, and takes on renovations plus new construction plumbing for contractors.
Ramon handles most service calls and shows up ready to diagnose problems on the spot. He fixed a leaky toilet for one customer after a replacement part failed later, returning the same day without charging extra to stand behind the repair. Another homeowner called about a Rheem water heater less than a year old whose pilot light would not stay lit; Ramon got it running temporarily the first visit so hot water was available until the new thermostat part arrived and he refused payment for the initial trip. The same technician also resolved an electrical problem the same day he was contacted and has completed multiple projects involving both plumbing and electrical work at fair rates.
Customers keep coming back because Ramon shows up quickly, charges reasonable prices, and does the job right the first time without shortcuts. Reviews mention the same pattern of honest work, prompt callbacks on issues, and no pressure to replace parts that can be repaired instead. Speed and quality stand out across the feedback, along with clear explanations of what needs fixing and what it will cost. DIRT Score 3.91 from 20 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Ramon has been our plumber for years. Dependable, professional, honest, and stands by his work. For instance, he fixed a leaky toilet of ours. One of the new parts failed (not due to his error) and he promptly returned to fix the problem free of charge. The breaking of the part had unfortunately broken the lid to the tank of our toilet. He kept an eye out for us and eventually found one that actually fit our toilet (most people end up buying a brand new toilet because it's often too hard to find a match) which he gave to us later. His prices are very fair. Couldn't ask for a better or more honest plumber.”
“Ramon is awesome! Very trustworthy, honest, with quality service at affordable prices. He is also an electrician and he’s done a great job on all the projects I’ve hired him for. 10/10 recommend the only guy I trust!”
“My experience was wonderful! Our less than a year old rheem water heaters pilot would not light. Called T&C and he came right out asap. He was unable to replace the thermostat same day, but did temporarily get everything lit and hot till my part came in. He did not charge me for the first visit! Then when I got the part we got everything scheduled! Ramon is a consummate professional and over 60+ years of experience. He even taught me a thing or two. 100% will use again! -CJS”
“I highly recommend Town and Country services. They worked me in on the same day I contacted them. Ramon was the service technician, fixed the electrical problem right away. I am glad they were recommended to me on Next door Neighbor. I will continue to use them in the future. Ingrid Emerson.”
“I can't recall ever dealing with a plumber as good as this one. Very prompt in replying to my call and kept me updated by text as to when he would be on his way, and this was at 9 pm! Very nice, personable guy as well. I can't recommend them enough. Great service!!”
