“I’m very disappointed with my experience. I initially called this plumbing company for a simple faucet issue. During the first visit in the morning, they only tightened the faucet—and charged me $100 for that alone. I called them afterward, confused as to why the faucets weren’t actually replaced as requested. They apologized and said they would come back later that day. When they returned, they replaced the hot and cold washing machine faucets—something I expected to be part of the original visit—and charged $215 for what seems like a basic repair. The pricing feels excessive and the lack of clarity about the service was frustrating. I expected more transparency and better value for such straightforward work. I won’t be using them again.”
