“Our home builder Villa Homes suggested we stop by here for plumbing selections. We had a great experience with sylvia. She guided us with a lot of patience and knowledge with the selections we chose. She gave us better options and choices so we would be happier with our decisions. After a few hours we finally had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond and we are very grateful that this business has such an amazing employee. We will definitely recommend any future friends or family to use them for any of their lighting or plumbing needs. When we start doing our own add ons to the home we are building we will definitely be coming back here!”

“Arrived at the counter looking for lights for the kitchen. There was at least 5 employees behind the counter with their thumps up on their heads,, I was the only customer at the store, nobody acknowledged me even though a couple of them made eye contact with me. Definitely not coming back to this store ever.”

“Got to service counter 10 minutes before closing. They had told me over the phone that the water heater was under warranty. When they checked again, they said they would have to call Bradford white and check, because it wasn’t bought there. But Bradford white was closed and they were closed as well. I asked them if they were seriously going to leave a customer without hot water, since it was already removed. They didn’t care and said they couldn’t do anything about it. REALLY!!!!”

“Went in to look for a replacement delta shower stem the knob part that turns the hot and cold water on. The first guy i showed my original parts didn't know so he asked an older guy with a beard. This guy brings a box and said yeah that's the part i looked inside and it was not the stem i was looking for but was told just remove the parts you need it will work. Guess what now i have to remove tile and replace entire valve stream. If you a contractor this store should be fine but DIYer beware they will not help and sell you wrong parts, even when you remove original and bring them in. Won't be coming here again you'll will have better luck at Lowe's if you can find someone to help you.”

“From the moment I entered Central Plumbing I knew this was a special place. There is a large, nicely displayed selection of faucets, fixtures, sinks and tubs. I was pleasantly surprised to find a showroom that rivals those I have seen in San Antonio and Dallas. To top it off, Nori and her staff are just as knowledgeable yet more welcoming than those “big city” showrooms. How fortunate we are to have such a gem right here in the Valley.”
