Howard from APES came out first thing Sunday morning at 8AM and quickly diagnosed the issue. He found the entire riser was badly damaged, the PVB was missing components, and the main house shut-off valve was failing. Howard was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, provided recommendations, and rebuilt the entire riser system with a new ball valve, PVB, copper fittings, and piping. Everything was tested and working perfectly before he left. APES was prompt, professional, fast, and truly went above and beyond.
