Chris was familiar with the system I purchased and was indeed very knowledgeable. There was a lot of piping that needed to be done as well as the setup for the system. Chris was here for the whole day and did an outstanding job.”

“I've used AZ Best Pipe Plumbing Dr before and had a great experience. The 2nd time I asked how much it would cost to replace/install a water heater. Chris the owner said he would send someone to do an estimate and did not tell me once there would be a service fee $182. Matt came and did an estimate and advised me it would be $500 to install a new water heater if I purchased one. Then he said he said the $182 would be used towards the install if I did it within 2 weeks. When I got the actual estimate it said it was $650 cost, which was not what I was told. 2 days later Chris the owner came and did the water heater install. He did do a good job until he charged me the $650 and would not use the $182 as a credit which is what I was told by Matt. He said that the $182 was a service fee to tell”
