He was on point with communication when needed and most importantly he was able to fix my a/c within a couple hours. The company was very reasonable and willing to work with me. Maybe Carlos didn't mention that the air filter had only been used for 2 months and that using my hose he washed off some coils that he said were dusty. The air filter is on the OUTSIDE of the house in Arizona. Any filter would be dirty outside in the desert. The A/C worked fine for the 2 days after Carlos's visit and before I changed the filter. As a renter, I did not appreciate this reporting of his visit.”
