“I had a great experience with this company. My old tankless water heater blew up (literally) and I got several quotes to install a replacement. CWS wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but they were the most sensible and trustworthy. Some places gave an estimate without even seeing the work, and others wanted me to pay to even get an estimate. But CWS sent someone over the same day I called -- for free -- to view the situation firsthand and give me a quote in writing. Casey was great helping me get everything scheduled, and Michael installed the new unit, took the old unit away, and cleaned up spotless afterwards. Some of the other companies I contacted wanted to charge for estimates, or charge extra for parts, or charge extra to take the old unit away. CWS didn't play any of those games”

“David was the first person I met for the consultation and he walked us through a few options that actually made sense for our house. No pressure, no upsell. Both my wife and I felt comfortable with him right away, which is why I asked for David to do the installation as well. Installation was quick and smooth. Brian came out to help, and even though they had to dig small trenches in the front yard for piping, you’d never know it. Everything was cleaned up really well. Overall, great experience. We met with Kyle and discussed the pros and cons of our current system vs an “All in One” system. “We moved to Mesa from Gilbert and the water here is suuuper hard! Our clean towels would come out of the dryer (with a softener sheet added) and feel rough, not soft. My hair became really dry, and the inside of the dishwasher was caked in white calcium deposits. The previous homeowners clearly didn't care about the hard water. Kyle and his assistant came over to do the installation a week after giving us a quote and did the job in a few hours. It takes around 48 hours for the system to cycle through the hot water heater, but I am looking forward to having soft water that won't ruin my hair, towels and clothes.”
