“Had a water leak under ground between city water meter and the house. 2 estimates required digging a 2 foot deep ditch between the meter and the house to installed a new pipe.....a 3rd estimate from Custom Pluming...requird igging only 2 holes. They pulled the old pipe out at the same time installing the new pipe.
