“I want to express my disappointment with the service we received today. The technicians arrived without any prior notice from the apartment complex, so we had no idea they would be coming. They were there to service our air conditioning unit, which had been leaking and needed to be flushed to remove the buildup. When they began the work, my daughter’s toys and belongings were directly underneath the AC unit. The technicians never asked my wife if she wanted to move the items or if they should be covered before they started. As a result, rusty, dirty water and debris spilled onto our carpet and all over my daughter’s toys. I didn’t capture the full extent of the mess because my wife had already started cleaning it before I got home from work. However, I was able to take these photos befo”

“Had my air conditioner replaced today in my apartment, didn’t expect the professionalism kindness and just all around great service I received today from James and Caleb, these guys were extremely friendly and just all around people I would call my friends. Made an extremely and I mean seriously stressful situation calm and collected. These guys know what they are doing and what they are talking about. “I had to immediately write this review. I just had Eddie and Ivan leave my residence. They were absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Beyond professional, courteous, informative, and just overall great guys. They could have come with the worst attitude. The situation they were coming in to late at night, a client that has been dealing with a backed up kitchen sink, tension could have been high. I met Ivan first and he was so friendly. Greeted me with a smile and instantly apologized for any frustration I was dealing with. He was so quick and efficient. While he was working his partner Eddie arrived.
