“The Donley plumber Matthew was on time, friendly, explained the services and options. He was having difficulty clearing our pipes due to the age of them, so he called the drain manager who brought out a camera for no additional fee to see what was happening in the pipe. The drain manager was on the other side of town so it took him about 1 hour to arrive. In the meantime, Matthew kept working on the pipe and finally cleared the blockage. Turn the manager arrived with the camera and filmed the pipe to determine the shape of them . This house was built in 1961, but we had no holes, some ridges and pit which were typical for their age. They sent me the video so I could share it with my husband who was out of town. I was then shown a sample of pipe with lining in it which is an option to teari”
