“I would definitely recommend this company for sure. They are very experienced and knowledgeable.. I would call them if I ever need them again. Henry and Eric were the ones that helped me .. And they are very friendly and know what they are doing. I’m glad I call them and very adorable they won’t tell you to do something that isn’t necessary or make you do something that you don’t need. Definitely can trust this guys. I loved my experience with them and now I know who to call if I ever do need a plumber. Thank you both so much I appreciate it a lot.. You both are the best..”

“Elite Rooter exceeded my expectations after some initial miscommunication with their office staff regarding scheduling. After the technician, Henry, walked through my door, the situation became much less stressful. I had water pooling on my condo’s bedroom carpet, and there was no way to shut off the water without also shutting off the water to three other units. I first had a plumber from another company come out, who didn’t do much but said the walls were dry, it was probably a slab leak, and I needed a precision locator to come out to find it. All the other companies I called had a minimum wait of 4-5 days before someone could come out, but Elite Rooter had Henry come out first thing in the morning. Henry was able to quickly identify that the water was actually coming from pipes leaki”

“I have used Elite Rooter Plumbing several times now, and they do a great job each and every time. While their pricing is a bit on the high end, you truly get what you pay for because they are absolute professionals at what they do. They are always prompt, clean, and highly skilled, making the investment completely worth it for the peace of mind. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time!”

“Erik Barros our technician was very courteous, polite and professional. He was very thorough and got a job done in a reasonable amount of time with satisfied results and explanation of what he did how it was done and the results being satisfactory.”

“We are so thankful for Nate‘s visit today. He was able to answer questions for us that we have been looking for since we moved into this house five years ago. Although we’re not able to do the repairs today, Nate will educate the Landlord and decide where to go from there. He was very thoughtful, very considerate, very knowledgeable and explained himself very clearly and understandably. A very polite young man and we appreciate him very much. Thank you.”

“Disposal was leaking. Called Elite at 6:45 in the evening within 20 minutes Soro, the technician called saying he was on his way. He was able to identify the issue. He came back the next morning at 8:30 like he said he would and was able to replace the disposal in no more than an hour and left the area clean, no mess. Thank you Soro for being so thorough and timely. We truly appreciate it!”

“amazing service. Nate and Jesse showed up within a few hours of talking to the scheduler and right on their scheduled time. From the moment they showed up - nothing but professionalism, courtesy, communication, etc. I could feel the empathy that they both showed to my wife and I given a tough situation. Turns out what I thought was a simple clogged laundry drain was a huge problem with a broken main sewer line under the house which allowed rocks and sand to clog the line. They went through the cleanouts and began excavating the line. They worked until dark and made sure that we had alternative means of getting and using water until they showed up the next day to diagnose the issue and fix. Showed up right on time the next day with the most advanced tools and experience to re”
