“Tom and Andre did an excellent job replacing and installing our new AC unit in just one day, working from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM despite 109 degree Arizona heat. They were friendly, and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail: not only dismantling the old system but completed the installation and also cleaned up thoroughly…. even vacuuming the laundry room baseboards! The process was smooth and stress free. Ask Tom and Andre—they are awesome.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Goettl and highly recommend them! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. They completed the job efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. What impressed me even more was their follow-up—they came back to check that everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. They also showed incredible kindness by helping my son carry a mattress upstairs when I wasn’t able to do it myself. That small act of generosity meant so much and demonstrated the type of people they are. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with exceptional customer service, but GoTel did exactly that. I truly appre”

“A/C quit (6 + years old). Called after 5:30 pm on a Friday (very polite/ professional conversation; easy appointment scheduled). Goettl was at my house in 2 hours and my A/C working shortly thereafter (Wow). Got to meet one of their very professional technicians who is also very personable. He quickly identified two broken components (I watched him take the measurements) and he provided replacement options and pricing, and advice on how to maintain the A/C unit in the future. I opted to purchase Goettl's maintenance agreement which saved me money (on the spot)- an easy decision- and replace broken parts. Technician was very fast with the repairs, and my A/C was up and cooling. I really appreciated his advice on how to better maintain (my compressor) and may opt to upgrade it in the n”
