J&L Plumbing and Air

J&L Plumbing and Air works as a plumber right in Phoenix. They handle jobs across all of Maricopa County, from the heart of the city out to places like Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Goodyear. The outfit stays licensed and insured, with separate credentials for plumbing work and HVAC. They keep crews ready to roll at any hour, day or night, so folks don't have to wait when something goes wrong with their water lines or fixtures. Calls come in steady because the desert weather puts constant pressure on every home system.

In Phoenix the heat hits hard on plumbing systems. Pipes can crack from the temperature swings between day and night, and water heaters work overtime trying to keep up. J&L sends techs out for drain cleaning when grease or hair builds up in older homes, for leak repairs that show up as wet spots on slabs, and for full repipes when galvanized lines finally give out after years of hard water. They also set new toilets, sinks, and faucets during remodels, and they show up fast for sewer line issues that hit during monsoon season when the ground shifts. Homeowners count on them for slab leak detection too, since those problems spread quick under concrete foundations and can raise water bills before anyone notices.

Homeowners keep calling back because the work holds up without callbacks, the prices stay straight without surprise add-ons, and the guys on site explain what broke and what it takes to fix it in plain terms. Response times matter out here when a main line fails, and this crew delivers on that. Quality shows in the details like proper slope on drains and tight seals that last. Communication stays direct from the first call through the final walkthrough. DIRT Score 4.61 from 773 reviews on Finds.

“Awesome work by Colton. The handle broke and it was dripping water. That valve was 26 years old and he was able to get it out without doing any cutting to the drywall You can see the before and after pictures. Highly recommended.”

“My shower head was leaking and through my home warranty fee of $100, I was assigned J&L Plumbing with technician PAUL, who did a fabulous job! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled technician, who went on and beyond his workmanship: he added extra measures to refine the repair. I would highly recommend Paul anytime for any plumbing issues!!”

“We began our relationship with J&L due to an emergency, like most folks needing a plumber, when our hot water heater exploded. I did some research and decided to go tankless and Paul went over the options and fully explained everything - the system is installed and awesome. Paul is professional, meticulous, polite and treats your home like his own and is an absolute perfectionist. It was such a great experience we just had Paul back to install two faucets in a non-emergency situation and once again, his work was second to none. Highly recommended - ask for Paul and you won't be sorry!”

“Tate with J & L Plumbing are outstanding. He came out, quickly identified solutions to our plumbing problem, and had it fixed the very same day after another plumbing company came up short. This wasn't our first experience with Tate, and it certainly wasn't the first time he's solved what seemed like an unsolvable plumbing issue in our home. His knowledge, experience, and ability to think outside the box are hard to find these days. From scheduling the appointment to completing the work, the entire team at J & L Plumbing was responsive, professional, and efficient. Tate consistently delivers results when others can't, and that's why he's our go-to plumber. I highly recommend Tate and J & L Plumbing for anyone looking for reliable, expert plumbing service. knowledge and technical know ho”

“J&L Plumbing & Air was dispatched through my home warranty company, and I was very impressed with Luke, the plumber who replaced my garbage disposal and two sink faucets. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Based on my experience with him alone, I would highly recommend J&L. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the communication from the office. When I initially placed the work order, I advised them that I had a 3/4 HP garbage disposal, but that information was not included on the order. I also left a voicemail asking them to confirm they had added a second faucet to the work order after it was approved by my home warranty company. I never received a return call, and the faucet was not added. When I contacted Old Republic Home Protection, they co”

“J&L installed our new water heater this past week. From Laney and Hailey in the office to Ryan they were great to work with. Ryan even helped me figure out a separate issue while he was here which was very much appreciated. Timely and communicative. Would recommend to anyone”

“This is the 2nd company that was sent out by my home warranty company to diagnosis the reason for water leaking from my upstairs bathroom into the garage. The first plumber who came out stated that in order to see where the water was leaking from a water restoration company would need to come out and deconstruct to show pipes and places water damage affected under the tile etc. I had that done and the first plumber never came back so this company was sent out. Mason their plumber seemed OK and looked around the bathroom and said here's your problem its the pipe gasket that is connected to the tubs drainage. I then asked him to look at another issue outside where my dog bent the pipe that connects to the water hose. He says uea that's an easy fix I'll get an estimate to you by the end of th”

“We had a great experience with Paul! He came to help repair our water heater and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issue and explained everything in a very clear and detailed way, which made us feel confident and reassured.”

“J&L Plumbing and Air is exceptional. I have been working with Mason on a project that has been nothing but issues as a result of the shower part manufacturer. He has gone out of his way to do everything possible to ensure he was able to adequately fix our issue. He spent countless time and went above and beyond. He is polite, professional, and explains things in detail. I would highly recommend Mason and his company.”
