He was extremely thorough in his investigation of our home HVAC system and spent an hour assessing everything to make sure he gave us the correct diagnosis and all possible options for repairing or replacing our unit. He made it clear that he wanted us to have all the possible options so that we could make a decision on what worked best for our budget and timeline. He was very pleasant, professional, and honest with us. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and got our system running again when a previous company had only offered complete replacement. “Nolan to the rescue! Last week I had a system failure. They got me scheduled for the very next day, upon inspection we found something you should NEVER see in a 4 yr old Trane - a wrapped line with zip tie, which had rubbed against another line causing a leak of refrigerant. Job required all refrigerant $$$$ to be drained and replaced, but Nolan came back with a reasonable quote (thanks to Michael;-) and had it fixed within a few hours.
