Plumbers like this one in Phoenix, TX deal with a lot of calls for burst pipes during sudden temperature swings and clogged drains from mineral buildup in the hard water supply. They come out for same-day service on water heater troubles or fixture replacements, quoting prices right away so there are no surprises at the end. Work often includes running new lines for additions or fixing leaks under slabs that are common in the area. The warranty they back each job with means homeowners get peace of mind that the repair holds up through the seasons. Crews move from one house to the next with the right parts on the truck, cutting down on return trips and keeping the schedule tight even when multiple stops stack up in a day.

Homeowners keep coming back because this outfit shows up when promised and finishes the work without dragging it out. The upfront approach to costs builds trust fast, and the quality of the fixes shows in how few callbacks happen after a job. Price stays reasonable for the level of service, and they explain options clearly so folks know what they are getting. That combination adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.8 from 353 reviews on Finds.

“Repairman was great and did a fine job in a timely manner. Initial estimate for the repair was way too high! My veteran’s discount was only mentioned after I refused service, hearing the initial bid. (We appreciate the veteran’s discount.) Now, no other business or company we’ve worked with has charged a credit card processing fee. You really need to rethink think this. It’s ludicrous and will certainly cost you business in the future! Worse yet, there was no mention of this until payment was requested. Bad, bad policy…”

“Juan was fantastic to work with. He took videos of the air handler, explained the issues and options thoroughly and was so patient as we sort through solutions and due diligence before making a purchase decision. Great initial impression - would recommend based on today's experience.”

Great experience over all! I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you PlumbSmart!!”

“Plumbsmart is the first place I call for Plumbing or Heating/Air needs. They are always on time and do quality work at a fair price. I have been using them for years and have nothing but good things to say.”

“Jacob was thorough, kind and extremely professional. This company is outstanding. They are very transparent about their service and fees. The cost to have 3 AC units undergo their annual check-up was very affordable. Money well spent. Stop looking for HVAC company PlumbSmart is the way to go.”

“Devin came out today to fix a leak (planned work) and was also able to clear a shower drain that two other companies were not able to. I likely have to do a bigger project down the road but that will be with PlumbSmart as they have given me the time to make a more informed decision about my bathroom remodel. Thank you!”

“Adrian M. replaced a shower cartridge at our home, and the job ended up being more involved than expected. It required a tile saw and a lot of elbow grease, but Adrian handled it professionally and made sure the work was done right. He has a great attitude, strong customer service, and clearly knows his craft. He also struck me as a natural teacher. If the company is ever looking for someone to help train newer technicians, Adrian would be a great choice. Very happy with the final result.”
