“Colton went above a service technician duty. He explained the difference between a water softener and Flow-Tech water treatment. This subject came up when my water softer drainage was not up to code. So Colton was explaining my options to bring the new system to code. I was so happy Colton gave me a third option Flow-Tech. I’m happy with the new technology . Colton went ahead and installed my new RO system. He will return tomorrow to install my new Flow Tech in-line water system. No heavy bags of salt!”

“My only reservation with ProSill Services is that we had a rather big job and different technicians would come each time. In order to reach my contractor, I had to call the office and wait for a call back, which thankfully didn’t take too long. Ryan came to our home and went over everything carefully with me. He was always smiling and willing to help. He organized everything and had workers come in a timely fashion. We had a tub removal and a brand new shower put in, they also dug a trench to add a half bath and ran all the lines. John Christman, who I can’t say enough good things about, came at the end to hook up shower faucets and trim, connect the vanity sink lines, hook up the toilet, add towel bar and towel rings, etc. John worked hard and was willing to go the extra mile to do a fant”
