I have used them two times, once for a pretty major job when we redid our kitchen and then again today for a job that should have been relatively easy but turned into a project because the item being installed turned out to be faulty. Kevin, the plumber, worked for hours to get it right (he could have just installed it and I probably wouldnt have noticed for months). He had experience with installing the item but he took the time to talk to his supervisor and then to the company that distributes the item. “Aramina did an amazing job for us! We needed 3 hose bibs fixed/replaced in our 25yr old house. 1 was cubes inserted out home warranty and 2 weren't. She explained this thoroughly. We paid to have the 2 fixed that weren't covered. She was professional and efficient. When completed she showed me how she fixed it and even made it so we could change them or in the future on our own. We could not previously add they were all soldier into the pipes. David was the one that came to do the work for the shower handle that wasn't working, which, was the shower valve cartridge that had to be replaced. Glad that's all it was cause he had those on hand. David did a great job, didn't take him to long. Nice person and the companies representative also. They had called right away for scheduling, as soon as I had made the claim with my home warranty. My wife liked that David had went to get towels to wipe up the shower and floor of any water that had been and walked on. Glad this was the company that had been selected for the claim. “This company was assigned by my home warranty company so this was the first time using them. Juan was great. Easy to talk with about any concerns and did good work. I would definitely give them a call for any future work needed. I did have some additional modifications performed which I paid for out of pocket. I can’t really say anything about the price since I didn’t check with any other companies.”
