Robins Plumbing Inc

Robins Plumbing Inc operates out of Phoenix Arizona as a straight forward plumbing outfit focused on residential and commercial work. They handle the full range of plumbing needs that come up in a desert city where extreme heat and hard water take a toll on pipes and fixtures. The company covers everything from routine service calls to bigger installs without any extra layers or sales talk. Homeowners and businesses in the area call them for jobs that keep water systems running through the hot months and occasional heavy rains that can stress drains and sewers.

Their work centers on emergency responses for sudden leaks or backups along with drain cleaning to clear stubborn clogs. Technicians repair and replace water heaters of all types including electric tankless and hybrid models while also handling garbage disposal fixes gas line work and sewer camera inspections to locate problems underground. In Phoenix the dry air and temperature swings often lead to cracked lines or sediment buildup in heaters so crews focus on quick diagnostics and solid repairs that hold up. They tackle vent smoke tests for smell issues and sewer locating to avoid unnecessary digging on commercial sites.

Customers give high marks for how fast the team shows up on urgent calls and the solid quality of the fixes that prevent repeat problems. Pricing stays reasonable compared to other outfits in the valley and communication stays clear from the first call through completion. With that many reviews the record shows they deliver reliable results on both small home fixes and larger commercial projects. DIRT Score 4.86 from 1400 reviews on Finds.

“Came back from vacation on Sunday to find I had a leak in my main waterline to my house. Called Robins and they sent Brian over within an hour or so to check things out. Identified the issue and cause( have a 40+ year old tree with large root system that finally cracked a pipe) Brian thoroughly explained my options and what best route would be to avoid this happening again. Needed help to get the job we agreed on completed. He got me on the schedule in first opening they had. Brian came back with Austin and the 2 of them worked hard all day getting things right. Very personable and knowledgeable team. Stayed late to make sure everything was done properly, that we had water running to the house again and satisfied with the job done. We were and will be using Robins for all our plumbing need”

“Matthew and Brian were great to work with. Respectful, knowledgeable and efficient- quality job. Replaced my hall bath toilet, only took an hour and cleaned up after. This is my 4th time using Robin's Plumbing - replaced my water heater, bathtub faucet, washing machine hookups and back hose bib. I highly recommend.”

“I hired this company to replace a toilet water supply hose. During the repair attempt, their technician damaged the pipe connected to the building’s internal plumbing. The original job was not completed. After the damage occurred, the technician said he could not repair the pipe with the equipment he had and only offered to cap it. He still requested payment for the original hose replacement for $350 to cap the pipe and additional $650 to replace the pipe later. When I said I needed to speak with the company first, he left the job site before resolving the issue. Later, the company told me it would cost an additional $250 to cap the damaged pipe and denied responsibility. They also claimed I had been warned beforehand that the pipe was old and at risk of breaking, but that was not true. ”

“I’m writing this review for two reasons. My landlord called to request a plumber and I got a phone call from dispatch within five minutes. She was so sweet and right to the point. Brian is my main reason for this review. And let me tell you I NEVER write reviews. I opened my front door to Brian with the biggest smile on his face. As a single mom, you become cautious of who comes in your home. You could tell Brian has awareness and respect for his surroundings. Making sure he called out to me any time he needed to check something in the bathroom so he wasn’t walking in and out unannounced with me and my children home. When explaining issues, I didn’t feel like he was belittling me like some workers have made me feel in the past. He was here for hours making sure the job was complete and ”

“My entire experience with Robin's plumbing was wonderful! Rebecca from dispatch was super great and helpful getting me the best and most accurate information and scheduling was so easy!! Matthew Nate and Joe went above and beyond with my shower replacement, and even got my replacement done on the same day as my consultation and diagnostic! Rebecca has followed up with me as well making the entire process really truthfully so easy stress free and I cannot thank them enough for their great work. I would highly recommend their service for any plumbing needs and will be happy to use their services in the future as well!”

“Robins Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Brian was extremely helpful from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Brian definitely delivered. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for honest, quality plumbing work, I highly recommend Robins Plumbing—ask for Brian.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Robin’s Plumbing, and especially with Josh, the plumber who handled our service call. From the moment he arrived, Josh was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully assess the issue, explain what was going on, and walk us through the solution before getting started. His attention to detail really stood out — he didn’t just fix the immediate problem, he made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up the area completely before leaving. On top of his technical skills, Josh was genuinely pleasant and easy to work with, which made the entire process stress-free. It’s not often you find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and such a positive demeanor. I would highly recommend Robin’s Plumbing and J”

“Robins Plumbing has been extraordinary at responding to questions, concerns on any work order submitted. Communication is funneled effectively, every step of the way back to me which helps me be in the known. This homeowner's association was happy to have things functioning back in a timely manner and very happy with the work received. Thanks Robin's Plumbing and thank you Krystal for being amazing!”

“I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service from Robins Plumbing! Having an emergency on a Sunday afternoon is stressful, and I wasn’t sure anyone would be available. Remarkably, they had a technician at my door within an hour of my call. He fixed the issue just as quickly, so my day barely skipped a beat. Even better, the price was very reasonable and fit right into my budget. Shoutout to Nate for being so professional and knowledgeable, and to Crystal for being so incredibly pleasant and reassuring on the phone. Thank you, Robins Plumbing!”
