Rooter Ranger LLC

Rooter Ranger LLC operates as a plumber out of Phoenix, TX. The company handled standard plumbing work for local homeowners over many years before announcing a permanent closure. They committed to finishing all scheduled jobs and honoring existing service agreements right up to the final day. This decision came after steady service in the area, where residents often deal with hard water lines and sudden pipe failures from temperature swings. The crew focused on practical repairs rather than anything flashy, sticking to the basics that keep homes running without constant leaks or backups.

Plumbers in Phoenix, TX commonly tackle clogged drains from tree roots in older neighborhoods, water heater replacements during peak summer heat, and sewer line inspections when heavy rains flood yards. Rooter Ranger handled these types of calls by sending technicians to diagnose issues on site, clear blockages with basic tools, and replace sections of pipe when corrosion set in from the local soil conditions. Homeowners in this part of Texas face frequent low water pressure problems tied to aging municipal lines, so the work often involved isolating valves and testing flow rates before wrapping up. The approach stayed straightforward, with crews arriving equipped for same-day fixes on most residential jobs instead of pushing unnecessary upgrades.

Customers gave consistent marks for quick response times on urgent leaks and clear explanations of what needed fixing without extra charges. The volume of feedback points to reliable quality on routine service calls and fair pricing that matched the scope of work described upfront. Communication stayed direct, with updates on arrival and completion rather than vague promises. DIRT Score 4.64 from 1773 reviews on Finds.

“Dominic was a consummate professional who did an awesome job Unblocking the mainline to our septic tank by process of elimination and making our home normal again. We went from the home warranty company sent out a guy, who had no clue how to fix it or even where the clean out was… to Rooter Ranger who sent the very knowledgeable Dominic to the rescue. Thank you!”

“Rooter Ranger has a great sales team and were very fast at getting their team in to do repairs to. Repairs were done in the timeframe expected and as quoted. I do however feel that the customer service thereafter was lacking. I feel like they were paid and moved on. This was a fairly big job where I had to have my insurance involved. I feel like more follow up could have happened from Rooter Ranger to ensure the smooth process continued to completion. Especially being that Rooter Ranger called out “Quick Restore” to do the mitigation and restoration. It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. After multiple calls and texts to Quick Restore and Rooter Ranger and getting little to no responses, I have had to move on and figure out how to get my house restored myself. I used”
