Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup operates as a full service plumber right in Phoenix, TX. The company focuses on fixing broken pipes, clearing stubborn clogs, and restoring water flow in homes and businesses across the area. Homeowners in Phoenix know the drill when a line backs up or a fixture fails at odd hours, and this outfit shows up with the trucks and tools to get water moving again without long delays.

Plumbers from this crew tackle water heater replacements, leak repairs under sinks and in walls, garbage disposal swaps, toilet rebuilds, and faucet fixes on a regular basis. They also clean out main sewer lines and handle shower and bathtub drains that collect hair and soap scum. In Phoenix, TX the summer heat stresses older piping while sudden cold snaps can crack lines, so crews stay busy with both planned maintenance and urgent jobs like restoring flow after a main break. Customers call for dish washer hookups and whole house water quality checks when local conditions affect supply lines.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crews show up fast, explain the problem in plain terms, and finish the work without surprise charges. Reviews point to solid communication from the first call through the final walkthrough plus fair prices that match the scope of the job. Quality stands out when they fix the root cause instead of patching symptoms, and speed matters most during after hours emergencies. DIRT Score 4.86 from 1447 reviews on Finds.

“Mason and his General Manager saved the day!!! After Rooter Ranger charged us 18k dollars in a scam to replace our backyard sewer pipe. Mason provided a thorough inspection and even contacted the city on his own. City of Phx is also stepping in to repair their pipe in my alley to correct more pipe issues that we have. Our home was built in the 1930’s and has needed this upgrade. We wished we would have called Roto- Rooter first. Happy with the quick response time and overall timing from Mason coordinating to get this line repaired. They are the best in the business and you truly get what you pay for.”

“Fantastic is an understatement. First plumber was great but could not figure out our tricky plumbing. They brought in Mason to save the day using his high IQ in drains he was able to clear the drain in an hour flat. Left us with a preventative cleaner to help keep troubles from happening in the future. We’ve been customers of Roto Rooter for over 15 years. Mason and company are really a step ahead of all their competitors.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would trust that!!! I am so beyond fed up with this company throwing me around in circles and everyone just blaming each other. They were so quick to take our money but not complete the job. The pluming portion has now been completed 3weeks later and now I have to wait for insurance when I already paid the full portion…. No one has reached back out and the fact that I have to keep calling to know what’s going on is frustrating and supper unprofessional!! I knew I should not have picked this company after all!!! When I first scheduled I scheduled a whole week ahead and the day of they were trying to reschedule, not once did anyone call me to give me an eta on where the plumbers were, I had to be the one to call!!!! They broke my sink they also broke my kitchen cabi”

“Mason and the wonderful company of Roto-Rooter saved the day!!! We have fallen on hard times and they helped clear our sewer for Pennies on the dollar. We are almost in tears of joy with the help Mason provided this morning at our trailer in Tonopah. His management team approved the discount. No one would come to help us but the heroes at Roto-Rooter truly saved the day.”

“I had a great experience with Mason from Roto-Rooter, who came out to inspect a plumbing issue related to a prior construction job. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable throughout the visit. Mason took the time to review the sewer scope video with my contractor and helped identify the likely cause of the drainage issue, which was extremely helpful. He was transparent and fair with his assessment and pricing, and I appreciated his patience in answering questions and walking us through next steps. Overall, a very professional experience!”
