The Aussie Plumber LLC

The Aussie Plumber LLC runs a straight-up plumbing operation out of Phoenix. They stick to residential work and take on the full range of jobs that come with keeping water systems in good shape. From the start they set themselves up to handle repairs on existing lines as well as putting in new fixtures and entire systems when needed. Homeowners in the area call them because the desert climate brings its own set of problems with pipes drying out or dealing with hard water buildup that shows up in sinks and showers. The company stays ready for whatever the local conditions throw at a house from one season to the next.

They handle clogged drain clearing, kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixes, sewer line work, gas line installs, water heater replacements, and they run drain cleaning crews plus maintenance checks on fixtures and pipes. When a main line backs up or a water heater quits in the middle of the night they show up ready with the tools to get it sorted without dragging things out. Around Phoenix the heat means more calls for cracked pipes or scale from the water supply so they keep trucks stocked for quick response on those common issues that hit homes here year after year. The crew focuses on getting the job done on site rather than pushing extra parts or return visits.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up and the crew shows up when promised without surprise costs or delays. The high marks come from getting jobs done right the first time keeping prices fair for the scope of work and talking straight about what needs fixing. With over a thousand reviews the pattern is clear on reliability and results. DIRT Score 4.99 from 1062 reviews on Finds.

“My husband and I recently bought a new home, and Todd was absolutely incredible throughout the process. He walked through the entire house with us, explained what needed to be fixed, prioritized each item, and gave us three different pricing options so we could choose what worked best for our budget. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He worked incredibly hard and completed everything in a timely, professional manner. We truly appreciated his transparency and expertise, and we’ll definitely be calling Todd again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!”

“We got a very great service from Aussie Up( plumbing) by one of their great tecnician called Francisco. He is so owesome. He knows his story so well and can explain to you perfectly all the concern in a language that you can easly understand not only in those big vocabulaires of technical terms, and how how to go about it any problem related to your plumbing. All in all his service was perfect. I highly recomend whoever with plumbing problem to see them. Thanks Francisco for the great job. Keep shining!!”

“Fantastic service and very responsive. Sprung a leak under my kitchen sink in the middle of the night and they were able to get someone out to me the very next day. Francisco was extremely personable and took the time to explain what he found, what likely caused it and how it would be repaired which did include cutting into the cabinet and drywall to redo the joints. While he was there he replaced some old connections outside as well. In both cases he was very upfront about what could be done, what all could be done and what he recommended be done (even if that was less than everything). When done he took the time to sit down with me and go over the before and after and did an excellent job cleaning up the worksites. To quote my Aussie nephew, "How good!"”

“The Aussie Plumberr was great! They were on time and followed through on everything that needed to be done. Cameron was our technician and he was extremely pleasant. He was knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly and didn’t try to upsell us!! We were extremely pleased with the Aussie Plumber and we would want to always request Cameron for our job! Highly recommend The Aussie Plumber! Thank you Cameron!!”

“Josh Chavez: I can't recommend this master plumber highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the plumbing in my brand-new home and quickly diagnosed a major issue that could have become a much bigger problem if it had gone unnoticed. His knowledge and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure every issue was corrected—not just the obvious one. He didn't rush the job and made sure everything was fixed to perfection before he left. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers the way he does. If you're looking for an honest, highl”

“Plumbing backups always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times—like a Saturday night. I can’t thank Max at Aussie Plumbing enough for his quick response to my main line collapse. When Max arrived to assess the situation, he already had an excavator with him. Right away, I knew he was prepared for whatever might be hiding underground. After running a camera through the line, he determined the problem was in the yard and that there was a significant blockage. Max took the time to clearly explain what repairs were needed and why. He patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the pricing. In the end, I needed a complete main line replacement from the edge of the house all the way to the alley. Before Max arrived, I had another company come out, but they weren’t near”

“I had a great experience with Aussie Plumber. Francisco came out to replace my sink faucet and did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly. The work was done efficiently, and he left the area clean when he finished. I really appreciate the quality service and would highly recommend Francisco and The Aussie Plumber to anyone needing a reliable plumber. Thank you for the great work!”

“A friend recommended The Aussie Plumber to me and I'm glad they did. Very easy website to schedule an appointment and they followed up on the phone right away. Cody was on time, professional and thorough. Great communication too. They were able to resolve my issue on the first visit and had all the necessary parts with them. Will recommend to others and will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Cost was exactly what was quoted to me upfront.”

“At my house, things are constantly in need of repair or maintenance- today, it was a toilet. I called the Aussie Plumber (R-37 registered contractor, plumbing license, bonded & insured-very important to me) around 8:30am. The technician, Cameron McCormick arrived at around 10:15 and repaired the toilet. I was so impressed with Cameron’s knowledge, professionalism, honestly, efficiency and friendliness. It’s such a treat when you come across a skilled professional and company that has all that! I’m frequently in need of plumbing services for one thing or another- and I will definitely be calling the Aussie Plumber again and asking for Cameron.”

“The main office staff are always great at communication and the plumbers are all very knowledgable. Happy with my tankless water heater AND the carbon/softener system (installed a couple of months ago by the same company)! Thank you for the great looking job as well!”
