“Highly recommended! The service was excellent from the time I called the company until the repairman left. I was able to get someone out to my house the same day. The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was given different options but he made some very valid suggestions that made me feel like he was looking at my best interest as a home owner who'll be in this house for many years to come. I am glad that I found Al's Plumbing. I will use them again next time.”

“I have used Al's a few times and always found them to be honest and fair. When I had a new A/C put in a few years ago, they originally thought a copper line had been hit by a nail when a new roof was put on and it would have to be replaced for $800. When they came to install the new unit and further investigated the copper, it was just fine and they told me that my price would be $800 less than originally quoted! An unethical company would have just ripped it out and charged me anyways. Fast forward to today...I had Al's out because I am selling my home and the buyers inspector said that several small repairs needed to be made to my A/C (rusted drain pan, damaged exterior insulation etc) and Al's came out again. The tech looked at everything, took pictures and determined that everything was perfectly fine. He wrote up a report and sent me the pictures. Again, another company could have just done these minor "repairs" and charged me for them. I was charged the $89 trip free, which I expected. They did make a trip out here after all and inspected everything. Bottom line, I feel like Al's does not try to charge me for things not needed, they always show up on time, wear booties in the house, and take the time to explain what they are doing. Also, Art has been my tech a couple of times now. He's really great! I would recommend Al's and Art!”
