“I contacted Ardent on Wednesday and got my contractor grade Bradford White water heater installed on Friday afternoon. Heru had been communicating with me on scheduling. Kevin came on-time and was very professional. He had the water heater installed and some pipes and shutoff replaced on schedule. I love their use of technology of sending the invoice and a number of before and after pictures for me to pay online. I'd absolutely use them for my plumbing jobs.”

“Kevin serviced our tankless hot water heater. I was impressed by his professionalism and his product knowledge. I did not know how a tankless hot water heater worked and he explained it to me. He also showed me some areas to periodically check on. We travel and he showed me how to turn-off the water and shut off the hot water heater when we are gone. He was very thorough in his work. I also showed him a faucet that was occasionally dripping. His company can take care of the problem by installing a new cartridge. He told me to check out the warranty first to see if the company will provide a new cartridge. Good advice. I will be call him for all my plumbing needs.”

“In 2018 Ardent Plumbing cut out collapsed cast iron pipes and installed new PVC pipes from our 2 bathrooms completely under our house to the front outside faucet and installed new clean outs. In between 2018 and now, I have called them several times to come and unstop a drain in another part of the house and also to find a pipe that was leaking water in my front yard. Two weeks ago I had to call them again. This time they had to reroute my main lines from the house to the street. The PVC they laid down looked beautiful. The excavation company they work with is fantastic. The work they do to dig out the dirt for the new pipes is amazing! Kevin and Nick are superb! They are very thorough in finding out what the problem is and then explaining what they need to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend Ardent Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, big or small. They are honest, fun, helpful and the work they do is above all else. They are price competitive and they are simply amazing! I can't say enough good things about them.
